Blum & Poe
Culver City · Los Angeles, California
Blum & Poe is one of Los Angeles's most internationally significant contemporary art galleries, with locations in New York and Tokyo in addition to its Culver City flagship. Founded in 1994, the gallery played a central role in establishing Los Angeles as a global art capital, introducing American audiences to major artists including Takashi Murakami. Today the roster spans generations and continents, with a strong emphasis on artists from Japan, Korea, and the broader Pacific Rim. Blum & Poe's vast Culver City space — a repurposed industrial building — provides an ideal setting for ambitious, large-scale installations and major survey exhibitions.
