How do I upgrade an existing listing?
Email us at hello@southwestgalleries.com with your venue name and desired plan. We'll send you a secure payment link and upgrade your listing within one business day.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We do not store card details on our servers.
Is there a contract or commitment?
All plans are billed annually with no long-term contract. Cancel before your renewal date and you won't be charged again.
What counts as "top placement"?
Premium listings appear first in city, state, and art-style pages, above Featured, Basic, and Free listings. Within Premium, ordering rotates periodically so no single venue always appears first.
